How It Works

  • Bring a Water Sample
    Collect a 500ml water sample from a 30cm depth in your pool or spa using a clean container (DO NOT USE: Soft Drink Bottles, Sparkling Water Bottles, Food Containers, Chemical Containers) .

  • We Hand-Test Your Water In-Store
    Our trained staff carefully test your sample using reagents—ensuring accurate readings across all key chemical levels.

  • Receive Personalized, Professional Advice
    You’ll receive:

    • A hand-written report of your water test results

    • Step-by-step instructions tailored to your pool or spa

    • Expert guidance on what to add, how much, and why
