Returns Policy

Freight, in all instances of delivery or returns whether it be for warranty or otherwise are the responsibility of the customer. No goods will be accepted without a copy of the tax invoice.

If the goods are defective upon receipt, contact us via sales@buyandfit.com.au and include a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt of goods. A copy of the invoice with the product description and contact details would be most helpful. You must ensure the goods are in their original packaging and pre-pay shipping charges.

We will contact you and organise a replacement as soon as possible.

Choose you products carefully to avoid disappointment. Fair Trading obligations notwithstanding, we do not have a refund policy for customers that change their mind.

If you receive your order but it is not identical or equivalent to that displayed on the invoice, contact us via sales@buyandfit.com.au and explain the issue.
