Returns Policy

Freight, in all instances of delivery or returns whether it be for warranty or otherwise are the responsibility of the customer. No goods will be accepted without a copy of the tax invoice.

If the goods are defective upon receipt, contact us via and include a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt of goods. A copy of the invoice with the product description and contact details would be most helpful. You must ensure the goods are in their original packaging and pre-pay shipping charges.

We will contact you and organise a replacement as soon as possible.

Choose you products carefully to avoid disappointment. Fair Trading obligations notwithstanding, we do not have a refund policy for customers that change their mind.

If you receive your order but it is not identical or equivalent to that displayed on the invoice, contact us via and explain the issue.
